About the training

In this one-day hands-on workshop, we explore and learn how to use Kanban to manage and improve work systems. By visualising our work, we can maximize efficiency, improve communication and information workflow on all levels, and improve continuously.

We learn theory and provide hands-on experience using Kanban boards, which optimize work delivery across multiple teams and handle even the most complex projects in a single environment. This way, we learn theory through practice while recognising the immediate value of our actions.

Training goals

1. Further training of Scrum Masters for the role of team facilitators who would use Kanban as an alternative to Scrum.
2. Familiarize managers who will participate in the selection of an agile framework (Scrum or Kanban, and whose team members will use Kanban) more deeply with Kanban.
3. Explore the possibilities of Kanban for tracking systemic, non-development, or project activities.

For Whom

This training is intended for individuals involved in product development, testing, decision-making, and those with strategic and/or managerial responsibilities. Participants work in small groups, which supports collaboration, collective decision-making among group members, and alignment between teams. The training is interactive, allowing participants to learn through simulations (both IT and non-IT examples), experimentation, and the practice of gradually introducing Kanban in team work, thereby experiencing the benefits of this framework.
